quiet courtyardcoffee machine
the location felt special, nestled in a peaceful courtyard right near the tourist route. the free coffee machine in reception warmed my heart, as i sipped several cups each day.
the room felt a bit cramped, and i lightly bumped my knees against the wall when using the toilet.

the hotel has an excellent location. it is perfect for getting around. the staff were friendly and helpful. the check-in was easy through a self-service machine. this made the whole process smooth and convenient.
it's not clear where to check in. i didn't realize i had to go to novotel. i requested the room be cleaned. full bins were left untouched.

cigarette burnsdirty floor
The room felt really outdated. The upholstery had cigarette burns and everything seemed worn. I didn't like walking barefoot because the floor was so dirty. It definitely surprised me because I have stayed in Ibis hotels several times before. This experience did not meet basic standards.
